My father bought kelvinator double door refrigerator in last year june month. In the April month of 2023 the refrigerator completely stopped cooling and I have raised complaint regarding the same. But since than no technician is Visited have nearly raised 30+ complaints till now. Every time the customer support agent is saying they will visit, they will visit. But none of them are visiting and no one is calling as well. The dealer also saying please contact with customer support. He is also talking rudely.
What should we do now? Why the service is this much worst? Should we throw the refrigerator which cost 23k approx?
