Ordered From Amazon Haier Refrigerator which was available.And only Available products are taken ordered basically.So I ordered it on Feb 19 and it shown me delivery date of 4th march 23. And I ordered it on EMI which caused me processing fees too.And until 4th March I haven’t received any call from Amazon/dawntech electronics for the product.So I called Amazon customer care and he updated me with the information that, product was unavailable so it can’t be delivered. So you have to cancel the order.
So basically this is not done that even after more than 15 days there is no information and after my call they are providing me with this information and it’s not done like this.
How can they say it’s unavailable? If it was unavailable how can I ordered it then?
