I called Amazon thr first week of July regarding repair of my Amazon Basics Refrigerator. After three technician visits and many days later, Amazon informed me that the refrigerator cannot be repaired. They said that they will pick up the refrigerator and I will get a full refund. They said that the pick up will happen within three days and suggested that I purchase a new refrigerator. So I did. I now have two refrigerators because almost two months later, the pickup has not happened yet. Everytime I call Amazon, they assure me that the pickup will happen within 3 days, 48 hours and the latest – 24 hours. I’m still waiting (with two refrigerators in my apartment).
