We have ordered 420 ltr refrigerator to Amazon. When we got home, we found out that the refrigerator is not working. It was defective. Cost of refrigerator of Rs.41690.00 Then we contacted the company and said that your item is defective. So they say that your address is not active so you have to take back the money. We will not change the thing for you. I told him to give us back our old freeze and take yours and also said invoice copy having all details. But they are not ready to believe. They say put a new order We will refund money in payback account of old Refrigerator value and remain amount shall be credited in your bank. This all process shall take 10 days go by.
