Reference to earlier complaint for OD428672737328306100 – This w Product delivery date was 16th Ju2y 2023,TIll 5 days it was not delivered and on screen it was showing Refund cancelled, but i was able to successfully claim the refund. Since this Product deliver was cancelled by Delivery Boy without visiting the residence address, neither he was responding any of the calls for this 5 days. He shared wrong information on the portal, product was twice attempted, but customer Rejected. Since he never turned up neither called for the status, Directly on his own updated the portal. Finally i have to cancel the Product and again i have to procure new Product OD428672891614424100. Since Flipkart is not able to deliver the Product which is in 1 Km Radius from the Ekart Courier office. This issues highlighted to the team, but there is no action item on the same. Since this are being taken taken for granted. It was a totally Bad experience during this 5 days. Every time getting a call from new Person, and just getting the words we have highlighted this issue to senior team, they are taking care at the backend. and the product will get delivered by EOD. But none of them was able to give 100% Surety or in writing. This shows communication gap here. also there is no tracking system whether it can be verified if the Delivery boy has truly visited the Customers house to attempt the product delivery. They just believe on what is updated in the system.
