As discussed multiple times don’t write any fake email or pass wrong communication. As I clearly stated that the call was been made on dated 23rd Jan, and 28th Jan is on the domestic number. This is the 3rd time I’m explaining over the call in the past 24 hours and you guys need to wave-off additional charges which have been added in Jan bill.
Have been said a detailed number have attached for your team reference in this email. Though the number looks like an international number it’s VIOP company numbers (Global Logic, Noida). On the above-stated date, the was made to Pune to Noida.
I’m copying legal team, for adding fake charges even after giving sufficient evidence stated that call was connected within India but science Vodafone executive unable to trace down they are unnecessary to try to do fraud.
