Hi Airtel Team,
I am writing this email because of getting frustrated by the service is provided by your team for a issue which I raised on 12th November on my broadband connection is not working. You people have initimated that the problem will be resolved in 24 hrs and assigned a technician will be visiting to the premises on the same day. But till now there is no one came and I have been calling customer service 121 for more than ten times for the past 4 days and you customer agent keep on telling the same the technician will reach out to your place. I have been getting the same response but no resolution for my internet issue. What is the problem and why you people are not keeping the committed timeline on the resolution. When I calling now the resolution will be resolved on 17 Nov. I am unable to work without the internet connection to office work. I have been telling this many times and you made me to feel bad on Airtel. I need the resolution at the earliest for my broadband internet and my fixed line is also dead. Else I would have to drop the connection and go for other internet provider. That’s my only go if not.
Awaiting for the resolution as last try.
