Hi,
i have booked my Air ticket for IXM on 11th March’2021. The ticket was not confirmed, but the amount of INR 5161.00 got debited from my account. Since than i am continuously chasing the Travolook team on the refund process. But, it seems my follow up with Travolook is turning on Negative. I am not getting any response from their office. In the meantime, i have attached the credit note received from Indigo office to my Bank, but still its pending.
Request you to please guide me in getting my money back to my account at the earleist.
