REF227870290. I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET FOR MY SON FROM Delhi to Benguluru on 30 November through Trvolook. Payment of Rs 3784 has been deducted but with in few seconds I got a messgae Your Booking is In-Progress with booking reference number : REF227870290. But Ticket is not booked & message received “Booking is Cancelled due to Fare Expiration”
I Received a mail for Refund Request process, but from 17 November 2020 to till date I have not received my money as they said on 17 December 2020 that It may take 7 to 10 days more (excluding Saturdays Sundays & Holidays) till today 26 December 2020 I have not received any money & I requested several times on phone No 0124-6434800 but as reply I was receiving I feel my money is stuck in FRAUD. Please help in getting my money as I have borrowed from some other person on Interest. Please help
