Text of Complaint by Sandip Bhaduri:

This happened on 7th Dec 2018, and on 8th Dec2018, the technician sold me a new HD set top box at 1350/= by saying that the other set top box is not working. Within few days again I had similar problem. The technician came and said the replacement set top box under warranty is out of stock and he offered his Demo box by saying that when the replacement comes he will take back the Demo box. But after he fixed the Demo box within few hrs again the problem of No Signal reappeared. This time he went to the roof and checked the Dish and informed that the receiver is not working; so I had to pay another 850/ to change the receiver. The Demo box worked till 18th Jan 2019 and again I have the same problem- No Signal. So from 19th Jan 2019 till todate and time I have registered my complains but despite of several calls from Tatasky or technician no one has come to attend the problem.
