I too have received a similar message.
Most unethical company harassing unrelated people and collecting their data. In today’s cyber crime world, you cannot click on any link provided by unknown company to us.
There website has no option to lodge complaint against such harassment message. You need to install their app for any such complaints, which in turn increases “number of users”
The message I have received is as follows,

GalaxyCard only sends SMS to people who are added as a reference by the GalaxyCard user. Please rest assured, you are not a reference yet. This message was to seek your consent if you know them. As stated in the message, you can opt for NO as an option if you do not know the person. If you have any other issues do let us know at support@galaxycard.in.
