I got a defective product from Reelsassy.com.The thing is that i saw an YouTube advertisement, got redirected to their website and added the products into cart, but i didn’t complete the purchase. But next day, one employee from ekart called me and told an order placed under my name which will be delivere in 2 – 5 days and i replied that i didn’t place any order and asked to cancel that. She told she can’t cancel it. And when the order came, my parents paid for the order by COD and checked inside, the vendor gave used and worn out products which are not near to the images placed on website
Now the website is not available and the mobile number is not reachable
Kindly help me to return the products and get a refund for the same
