In my prepaid sim i recharged an amount of 599 and i have 1.5 Gb of data services but their giving only 1.33 gb .on 1 march 2020 my balance has reduced 30Rs When I asked to 198 they gave me a service no and your amount will be refunded but no one responded on 22 april 2020 i had the same issue but this time the amount was 50 rs i called 198 they answered in 24 hour your amount will be refunded but it wasn’t next when I called they in 48 hours but till today 27 April i didn’t get back my 30rs &50 rs kindly solve my problem .Thank you
