After my last recharge they reduces data without using it . I always off my data mode between 11 :15 to 11:30 pm at night . After that in the morning before open the data mode I check my data through call they always reduce half GB data . I call so many time to the customer care but they can’t resolved my problem . And saying its not possible that you off your data mode and it reduces. The senior executive arguing but can’t resolved my problem . I m very upset from the airtel . I am a very old customer of airtel . But these days I have facing this problem with the network and very disappointed. I never suggest anyone else to airtel.
