I ordered a Vivo Y100 (Pacific Blue, 128 GB) mobile on the 16th Feb and it was delivered on the 22nd of February evening to me, I gifted the mobile to my wife, and we opened the box at midnight. We were shocked to see a redmi phone instead of a Vivo Y100. I immediately raised a callback request on Flipkart. They suggested that I raise a return request, So I raised a return request but the seller rejected it Due to “the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request for the item. In case you need any product-related assistance, please contact the brand”, then I spoke to the Flipkart executive and they asked me to raise a return request again. I did it but again it was rejected. When I spoke to the Flipkart team due to a technical issue and the return request was canceled they asked me to raise a return again. so raise the request again. and I have raised 6 times they have rejected my return/refund request. I have spoken to multiple people and asked them to escalate it to the next level but no use.
