ORDER # 405-9159041-2196360:’
The above product was purchased from Amazon. When we used the product the product was faulty and i informed the same to amazon and requested for a refund as it was just 1week passed so they arranged a technician twice to my place to check the product, the technician who visited my place confirmed that the product is faulty. and due to which the Amazon arranged the product for pick up and for a Refund. The Amazon guy came and picked the product before taking he checked thorughly the product and took it back, after a week i am getting a mail saying that the product which i returned was not the same which is definitely not true because the person who came for the pickup checked properly. And once it went from my end it took amazon a whole week to inform me that the product returned was wrong. We humbly request to initiate my refund as soon as possible. Thank you
