I ordered redmi Note5 pro from Flipkart. After couple of days I got message your order rerouted due to mismatch of PIN even I already received many orders which I registered my address. I called them after checked the tracking history. Flipkart said our deliver boy attempt tomorrow again. Then suddenly next day ordered cancelled and amount refunded without any prior information. No calls and no messages from Flipkart. I had got such a good deal during Big Billion day offer and now Flipkart saying you need to order again what they offering current price as per website. They never think of customer service even I asked many times if I order now again I need to pay more than last. Flipkart replied you need to purchase new order. No discount. They denied my offer. So Flipkart only to know how to sale product but don’t know how to give services.
