I have purchased a redmi note 9 cell on 27th july 2021. my phone started work from 28th and 30th it got struck with a sound. meanwhile I have noticed speaker complaint also. I HAV purchased this from SANGEETA MOBILES, UDUMALPET, TIRUPUR DIST, TAMILNADU. I went to the shop and shown,the cell. they said that it was manufacturing defect. I was bit disturbed with thier response. they took the phone and they said they will give the new one after three days. I refused to accept the same brand. they said they will deduct 2k to provide other brand because the invoice raised.
