I bought Redmi Note 10 pro when it was just launched on amazon sale… First it started hanging alot… System ui problems.. then front camera stopped working then when I took it to the service centre they told me it’s motherboard issue then two days later my mobile was hanging so I restarted it. But it never got open again after restarting. DEAD. Now I see that I wasn’t aLoan in this problem. Huge no. Of users who bought Redmi Note 10 series are facing this problem. Now after almost one year Xiaomi accepted their fault and released a statement that their giving one year free extended warranty. But here’s the catch. In one condition to avail this offer they said that your mobile must be in warranty right now to get one year extended. But what about people who bought this mobile phones when it was launched 2 years ago in 2021? There should be a whole big corporate suit on Xiaomi which can gather millions of rupees in damages & compensation.
