I bought Redmi note 10 pro mobile on 17th may 2021, excatly after 2 years, suddenly its dead and not opening and not charging. When i visit service center they checked it and told me that it has motherboard problem and it costs 10k . They gave suggestion that its better to buy new phone instead of repairing it and also they told that same issue for so many customers for this model. 10 days back i updated to MIUI 14,after updated i have problem like system ui issue,now its dead.

I have same problem on Redmi note 10 pro.
I bought this device on 25th June 2021.
And after almost 2 years when I put it on charging it was working and as soon I unplugged it started showing pink lines and stopped woking.
When I contacted Service Centre they said Motherboard is dead and need to replace it and replacement cost is 11000 Rs.
I just updated to Miui 14 last week.
So Xiaomi should provide free of cost repairing for this device.
Same problem with note 10 pro max. And when i go to service center they told i can’t do anything so i told them that give me this as a written they told i will not give……i don’t think in future i will ever bought MI Product. 22thousand phone cost and while doing update the phone will be not working.
I am also having similar issue after two year phone mother board issue, MI forcefully pushing users to buy new phones by providing defective phones. They should take responsibility and fix these issues
For me the same thing. I first had an issue with the front camera and then with the rear camera. Later the telephone was a little bit slower and at last i tried to reboot it and, when the phone was supposed to turn on, the screen remained black and no charge sign was shown. It seems that the motherboard is dead. Neither possibility to enter in recovery mode. 250€ expended in a junk phone.
omg i just came across this site after reading some complaints i thought of sharing my experience,I am also having similar issue after two year phone mother board issue.I have same problem on Redmi note 10 brought on 30 march 2021 n exactly 31 march 2023 after ipl match i plugged for charge it shown pink line n death after that When I visited mi Service Centre ameerpet n somajiguda they said Motherboard is dead and need to replace it and replacement cost is 11000 Rs.even some of my relatives n frds using redmi faced same issue so now we are using either realme or oneplus . realme is best choice i made
yes this is the biggest scam by the mi, for me i used redmi note 9 pro after upadting to miui14 after few days mobile start reboot again and again, i gave my mobile to authorised service center they said motherbord issuse need to replace it cost around 9000, they suggested to buy a new mobile. i will never buy Mi mobile again
