My Self Harjinder Singh From Ropar Punjab, I have Some Issues With One Of The Most Selling Moblies Brand In India Xiaomi (Redmi)

I Purchase Redmi Note 10 Pro Grey Color On 25/05/2021 But After 3rd Day Phone Getting Slow & Restarting problems Occurred, I Go To Service Center They Refresh My All Data & Said It’s Software Update, Somedays Phone Was Working Fine Then Again Heating Issues, System UI Not Working Properly, I also Tweeted Brands CEO Mr. Manu Kumar Jain Twitter Id Is (manukumarjain) They Didn’t Even Send A Single Reply, After This I Tweeted To Xiaomi Online Portal i Got A Call From a person Named MR. Vikram (9815735522) Service Center Head they Said U Can Go To Service Center We Can Fix This With A Software update & Also it Takes 2-3 Days, I said sir This Phone Is For My Daughters Online Study How I can Manage For 3 Days But no Reply Fro. there Side, Plz Help Me Im Really got Very Upset? From This Kind Of Scam They Are Doing In Our Country
