I had purchased the mobile in Dec 2022 with a warantee of 1 year. But after a months time I found the mobile defective in the sense it works well sometimes and suddenly I couldn’t hear the caller. Also connectivity problems
When tried to contact Amazon through chat getting wierd replies.
