DEAR SIR/MADAM:
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHICH IS NOW BEING FACED BY REDMI MOBILE USERS!!
[AS I HAD PURCHASED REDMI NOTE 10 PRO MOBILE ABOUT 1 AND HALF YEAR BACK, SUDDENLY BY TODAY MORNING IN MY COLLEGE IT GOT SWITCHED OFF…I WAS SHOCKED.. AND I HAD PUT MY PHONE CHARGING FOR SOME MINUTES (ABOUT 20 MINUTES)…THEN I TRIED TO TURN ON …BUT IT DOESN’T GET ON..
SO BY EVENING (AFTER FINISHING MY COLLEGE HOURS)
I WENT TO MI SERVICE CENTRE WHICH WAS NEAR ME…THEY TOOK MY MOBILE AND SAID ME TO WAIT FOR FEW MINUTES…AND AFTER SOME TIME THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THAT {MY MOBILES MOTHERBOARD GOT DAMAGED}
I WAS SHOCKED..AND I ASKED THEM REASON…THEY SAID ME (U MAY HAVE DOWNLOADED THE SOFTWARE UPDATE OR ELSE U MAY THROWN YOUR PHONE FROM HEIGHTS)!!!! I SAID THEM THAT I HAD NEVER DONE THOSE TWO REASONS FOR PAST…
I ASKED WHAT’S THE SOLUTION??
THEY SAID ME TO CHANGE THE MOTHERBOARD AND IT COSTS MORE THAN 10000
I WAS LITERALLY GOT SHOCKED
SINCE I BOUGHT THE PHONE JUST ONE YEAR BEFORE..
WHY ITS GOT STRUCK LIKE THIS..
WHY I NEED SPEND HUGE AMOUNT ON RECENTLY BOUGHT PHONE AND I TOO DON’T HAVE SUCH MONEY AS I WAS A STUDENT NOW…
REDMI BRAND WAS SCAMMING WELL..
PLEASE HELP ME TO RECOVER MY MOBILE PHONE…
