Dear Sir,
I had seen on your website that Redmi note 7 Pro with cost 2999/- with discount. While making payment by UBI DEBIT card, total amount INR 7999/- was deducted from my account while I was trying to purchase this mobile at rate INR- 2999/-. But extra 5000/- rupees has been deducted from my account. Now as there was discrepancy in showing rate and purchasing at your website, that is why i could find what exact amount is before paying. Now your customer care number (8448440689) is not working. Nobody is picking the phone. Emails are being bounced back to my inbox. What is the matter?
Now i want cancel this order as i was expecting Rs 2999/- which was in my budget beyond this amount i cannot purchase. Please cancel my order immediately and send me a confirmation mail that you have cancelled my order and also mention credit of 7999/- Rs in my account.
