I have order redme 5pro on amazon for which I received the delivery on 5 JUNE BUT WHEN I OPENED THE PARCEL ONLY CHARGE WITHOUT CABLE AND PIN WAS DELIVERED WHEN I OPEND THE BOX. FOR WHICH I HAD RAISED A COMPLAINT AND THE CUSTOMER CARE TODAY ME THEY HAVE RAISED THE COMPLIANT AND INVESTIGATION TEAM IS WORKING ON IT AND I WILL GET THE FEEDBACK ON 10TH JUNE. BETWEEN THIS PERIOD I CALLED THEM COUPLE OF MORE TIME BUT THEY SAID WILL GIVE ME MORE DETAILS ON THIS ON 10TH JUNE.
WHEN I CALLED THEM ON 10TH JUNE. THEY SAID INVESTIGATION TEAM HAS INFROMED THEM THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG FROM THERE END AND THEY CANT HELP ME.
I called customer care about the issue with my order red me pro 5 which I got the parcel delivery but the when opened there was only charger and phone was missing. I raised a complain on this to customer care which they said they will escalated the issue to investigation team and they will call me which in 5 days I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY CALL INFACT I called customer care to know the progress on this issue which they said sir by 10th June you will get an update. told when I called them about the investigation they said it is deleiverd from there end and they cant help me.
HELLOO HELLLO it is your problem I had put my hard earn money to buy this phone which I haven’t received. it is you and the deivery partners fault so pls look into it just dont try to carried away with this.
It wouldnt just me who must have faced this issue there might me money and making your customer suffer.
I have been waiitng to buy a new phone since almost a year and when I bought it this is the story.
PLEASE LOOK INTO IT A SERIOUS PROBLEM
