I have purchased Redmi 5 gold 32 gb via Amazon‘s seller name: Darshita Aashiyan Private Limited on date of 2018 of august.

The phone was not performing well so within 10 days i asked amazon to make a refund for it but somehow the technician didn’t made the return / refund complain.

February 19 ,2019 : almost 6 months after the purchase i again made a complaint regarding the phone’s camera and performance , so amazon has arranged a technician in order to look into the issue raise by me on 17 or 18 Feb 2019 ( complaint receipt is attached).

On 28 Feb 2019:  Amazon agent made a pickup for the phone and gave me the return label receipt .

 Now its been 50 days i haven’t received my refund or phone either.


I have called around 8 times from the date of returning and everytime the Amazon executive said ” they haven’t received my product from the company so they cant do anything further “, or I got no response or feedback is given by amazon for their careless service


The whole issue is because of Amazon customer executive and Seller- Darshita Aashiyana Private Ld.

Now I want to know :
1) why Amazon arranged a technician even when they knew the phone is 6 months old ?

2. Why was the pickup request made when  they knew the validity to make a return and refund has expired ?

3 . If the customer didn’t know about the policy of return and refund, wasn’t is the duty of Amazon team to inform about it ??


Who lost ? Me . I lost my phone and didn’t even get refund amount. I am wasting every day hours complaining to Amazon’s Customer support team and getting false promises and hopes.
I have many pictures and voice recordings of amazon customer executive, but i can attach only 1 image here so i am sharing the return label receipt . I request you to look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible.

So much of fraud is done by Amazon and its seller Darshita Aashiyana Private Ld.

This is my second complaint in the consumer forum. I have also mailed my issue to Amazon CEO Jeff.
