I have order on 31st may 2023 which was delivered on 5th June 2023 but when I opened the parcel the seal of the mobile box was broken and the phone was missing only mobile safety coven and charger was inside. had informed the customer care about it and they said the complain is raised and by 10 th june they will let me know the solution. On 10th June they said nothing is wrong from there end it is not there problem and can’t help me with. i called them again and tried to explain my problem but they were rude and didnt bother to help me. pls put a senior investigation team on this issue and let me know how you can help me pls
it is a huge issue you guys can’t just let your customer struggle like this. i have put in my hard earn money trusting amazon a reliable online shopping center. may be it is not just me how have been fooled there might me many of them who suffered or will suffer situation like this . pls look into it please
After all this again one investigatiion team was working on this issue but today again I got a mail that there is no problem from there end. when spoke to to customer care 10 times they say they cannot help me because there investigation team is ultimate one and they have said there was no issue from there end.
but those so called ultimate supreme power investigation team dont know that I have paid my money to buy this phone and have received and adapter, safety cover and a pin for 25950 for and it is not there issue. it is my issue as Im the victim here not they so I NEED A HIGHER LEVEL OF INVESTIGATION ON THIS AGAIN AS I KNOW IT IS NOT ONLY ME THERE WILL MANY OTHER WHO HAS BEEN CHEATED LIKE THIS.
And if everything is fine from your end check the courrier service if they are the one whoes team member must be playing this game.
but provide me with the phone or refund asap .
