I Would like to register one complain against the company Redkite Technology Pvt Ltd (AMP Credit/Speed Loan). Yesterday i have wrongly applied for loan on there app of Rs 3500 but i received only Rs 2100 in my bank account. Immediately i have tried reaching there customer service but there where no official number mentioned in there app there was only 1 number which is also from Sri Lanka. I have tried that number on whatsaap but no reponse and after sometime that number blocked me.
Now from today morning i am receiving the Whatsaap messages from different different international numbers to pay the loan amount immediately else will send some goons at your place or police at your home and not make your family live happily. I have atteched the screen short for loan amount which clearly state that i have to pay the amount on 7th Jan 2024.
This company is such a fraud i want to take an action against this company please.
