Dear Sir/Madam
I have raised below complaint to Flipkart for delayed delivery of my booked order on dated 25/08/23 was to be delivered on 05/08/23 but till now it is not delivered to my address and there is no proper response, no final delivery date, no update and no information about the investigation at their end from the Flipkart.

Your team showing status since 31/07/23 product is the delivery hub also wrong information that someone has contact to be but actually no one contact to me since 31/07/23 to till now for the delivery of the product and also do not understand if product is at delivery hub from 31/07/23 why it is not delivered to my address till now ?!! Why should I bear & suffered the losses because of your negligence. As I already informed each & everything in detailed in my last email, but I see based on your simple response that it will resolved upto 10/08/23 is very easy going response from your side and also it is not acceptable to me. I require delivery upto 10/08/23 based on your commitment and also required compensation for the delayed payment, harassment and wastage of time to connect your customer care executive continuously. Flipkart team You are joking with me now and the trying examine my patience level after using my payment since last more than 15 days and giving again & again new date without informing any proper status and delivery date of my product. I dont know what investigation you are doing since last 15 days and why are not updating your customer the actual details . It too much now and I will not sit quite. You are forcing me to lodge complaint in consumer against you for this type of services provided by you to your customers. I feel that Flipkart has cheated me by this way and working with fraudester partners and using customers money like this way. I need my product by today itself as per your last committed date with the compensation. Awaiting your quick response with the confirmation of delivery by today and the compensation amount. M seeing there is baithte cheating by Flipkart. You have changed all the previous dates of solution providing by you. Earlier dates given was 08/08/23 after that 10/08/13 then 13/08/23 and yesterday it was 15/08/23, This is bit surprising that you are changing back dates replies and updating the same in your system is a another cheating with the customer. Regret now I feel that Flipkart platform making fraud and cheating their customer and plus customers. Very bad and unexpected. What will be the next date of resolution??? What is the next delivery date ??? Can anyone from Flipkart response me now after passing of 20 days now from booking to till now ????
But regret that till now there is no proper update and proper information, no exact date of delivery and no details about what investigation has done at Flipkart end.
After that today m too much frustrated and want to cancel my order , then came to know that there is Rs. 0/- refund against cancellation, you can see the same as below:-

Why you were not refund my payment which Flipkart is using since last 20 days.
You are delivering the product, not giving any firm date of delivery, not cancelling my order and not do not want to refund my money ??
Finally what you want from your customer, let me tell clearly.
Please urgently look into the matter and resolve the same on most urgent basis without any further failure.
