Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a BIG Bazaar profit club card member from last 5 years. Due to shutdown of Big Bazaar my existing FFB card balances is not utilised any where.
I have attached all the reference documents for your reference.
Kindly consider my request and revert my existing FFB card balances as soon as possible.
