I booked a ticket through Redbus app for journey from Chennai ( Boarding point – Tambaram MSS : Destination point ( scheduled time :10:03 pm – Salem New bus stand (4:00 am scheduled time) dated 16/12/23. Th bus arrived late by 1 hr 10 mins and I boarded by bus showing the ticket. Upon enquiring the drop time for the scheduled drop location, the driver and the bus operator denied the drop point and asked me to get down at a different place at 4 am in the morning. Ticket ID – TSDB14284973 ). The driver and operator denied the drop point despite it was mentioned in the Redbus app and printed on the ticket.
