I took a loan from red carpet app and I was paying all my emi on time and suddenly after some time government banned redcarpet app and their website is redcarpetup.com and that my outstanding dues is 964.23 and I tried many time to pay this outstanding bill I mailed redcarpet also but they don’t replied after some time dmi finance bill messaging me to pay in emi form they are generating 364 rupees every month and I paid all but still every month they are generating bill and threatening also I request them to give the link of total dues bill payment link but they are not providing they are saying pay the emi first after that I will give the link of full payment but after my payment also they are not providing me the full dues payment link. I also mailed dmi finance to resolve this issue but they are not responding more than 2 month gone but still they are providing me tota outstanding bill due on me and payment link. I also said him I will complain to RBI but still no response. So please resolve this issue.
