I cancelled my red bus ticket on 1st Jul’22 and refund initiated by red bus but till now refund amount not credited to my bank account. I contacted both red bus and my bank but no positive response seen. Red bus customer care rep. says contact bank and bank customer rep. Says contact red bus. Neither of them taking responsibility. I feel red bus is the one to take it forward and resolve my issue, but I see very casual approach and no customer satisfaction behaviour. Ther repeatedly says contact bank. Even red bus ticket cancellation itself shows amount not credited to my bank but they say it’s already processed from their side and suggesting me to contact bank and get it resolved.
