Text of Complaint by Sonu kumar:

I booked a ticket for 27th July 2024 ticket. But the ticket was booked for 28th July 2024, however, when I reached customer care team, they confirmed that the ticket was booked for 28th July and requested you to reschedule on my own as per convenience. But due to fare difference i didn’t rescheduled the bus i booked another ticket and travelled but late at 3:30 PM bus driver call me and ask me to board the bus same bus that was booked for 28 is asking me to board on 27 but on Red bus app boarding date is showing 28 and on 3:09 pm the customer care team of red bus is confirmed that the booking was for 28 but bus operator call me to board 3:30 PM today on 27. Please help me to get my refund i already suffered a lot because of redbus shit
