My name is shobhit sharma, I have booked a Volvo bus of BSRTC from Lucknow to delhi with the timing of 01.00AM l, the boarding point was Alambagh station, so we were two passengers, we reached at the boarding point at 12.00AM , we both were waiting ,after waiting for 30 minuts we didnt see the bus so we searched for it all over the bus station we couldnt found the bus, we have asked the authorities at bus sataion they have told us there is no Volvo of BSRTC from here, maybe you can find it on the Road outside of the bus station, so we have searched the bus on roads also we were searching the bus inside the bus station and at the road also we had searched the bus till 2.00AM but we couldnt find the bus, my mother was admitted in the hospital in delhi and i couldnt meet her at the end of her time because of this redbus, the contact number was also swiched off all the time even today also.
