Red bus cancellation policy fraud
I Booked bus today 1st April 2023 and booked for 2 nd from krishnagiri to ernakulam andi changed plan to cancel i called customer care within 2 hours they saying cancellation policy is before 31 st if march 2023 ,it’s means before booking we need to cancel , without booking how to cancel it’s totally cheating please help in that i called and they said we will callback like that we waited for 2 hours not even received any call
