Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I, Jatin, have received a call on 15th December 2020 from a Aliya girl from Rectitude Company. She offered me a Captcha work from home job, to which I agreed. I even got a confirmation call from them. They said that they would give me an id and a password to log in and begin the work and asked me to sign a digital agreement. and also said that money which is mentioned in agreement if you cancel the work you not have to pay anything it is for general purpose i confirmed this many time from aliya and she said yes you no need to pay as mentioned in the agreement.  I did so and received the id and password on my email id on 28 dec 2020 after a very long time and i started working somewhere else because and i have to earn for my family. Exactly today 29 dec 2019, I received a call from the cancellation team that I have to pay a penalty of INR 5400/- something amount for cancellation the work. If I fail to pay the penalty amount, court proceedings will be filed against me, and I can even get arrested.

The contact number is of aliya is 9167706956 and she is not receiving call and not replying for my whatsapp messages.

i asked from the cancellation team girl that id and password which i have received from you where i’ll enter this and she didn’t give me any replay and asking to contact with aliya and she is not replying.

i have all the recordings and chat available aliya and other person in this matter.

Please look into the fraud and rectify it immediately.
