One of my numbers was suspended six months ago, and it had a Postpaid account with an outstanding balance that was not paid. However, in these six months, I was not aware of this outstanding balance. Suddenly, my wife received a call from a recovery agent for payment. We tried to calm him down, but he continued to verbally abuse my wife and parents. My wife has been bedridden for the last year due to a medical problem. After he gained access to my contact list, he started calling my relatives and harassing us. We went to the police station, but they did not accept our complaint. What should we do now? We are not sure what to do next as nothing is being understood.
