Dear All,
 
This email is in regards to the problems i am facing with the Recovery Agent and the Kotak Mahindra bank.
 
I am an esteemed customer to Kotak Mahindra Bank since last 3 years having the personal loan and Savings Account with your bank.
 
My basic details are:

I am going through with the personal loan from your bank, and an EMI AMount is Rs 6675/- per month. Due to job issues and COVID laid off I was unable to pay the EMI since March’21, but simultaneously I have already applied for the  moratorium which the bank has approved till Sep’20. 
Still my financial condition was not stable. I asked the bank to restructure the loan but Kotak Mahindra Bank never took pain to reply to my email.
 
Since last 3 months, i have paid at least 2 EMI’s and recovery agents Mr. Ranaq (7827406978) and Mr. Saurabh (9829428999) has been harassing me for paying the EMI and the most stupid person Mr. Ranaq also has abused me and my office receptionist by calling on my office landline number 120 times yesterday. And everytime he calls and says ap kotak ke MD ko complain kr do koi mera kuch nahi bigad sakta. If the recovery agent is using such words that means Kotak Never took initiative to take action against them.
 
Further Kotak Mahindra Bank never visited my residence for the payment but directly calls on my office landline number and mis abuses.
 
Also, Mr. Ranaq doesn’t have respect for the girls at all.
 
I have already sent the complaint request letter to Nodal office Mumbai on 25th Jan’21, mentioning the problems and harassment i am facing since the last 3 months.
 
 
Now I am ready to pay my EMI to Kotak Bank legally through court. Because Kotak never took action on my emails and letters.
 
 
I have all the voice recording proofs against the person who harassed and misabused me for the last 3 months.
 
  • I am forced to write this complaint to Seniors Management because the bank never took initiative to take action against Mr Ranaq and Mr. Saurabh.
