True balance Recovery agent name Rohit Malik contact no. +91 85059 69639 Was calling me since last few weeks and I told him many times that loan which he is talking about was a fraud loan and I had already registered an FIR no. 21302220005204 dt. 26/2/22 And instead of calling me regularly he should Ist check with his legal team as I had already provided all the information regarding this
Matter in writing to them. Still instead of checking anything he just ket on calling me and today he called one of my relative Yash bhatia and told him that he is mentioned as guarantor in my loan, whereas in my whole life I had not given Yash bhatia name as guarantor. Also I don’t know how this guy Rohit got Yash bhatia name and contact number. I am 100% sure that this guy had got Yash Bhatia no. Through some illegal means. Rohit was telling me that because I downloaded the true balance app that’s how he got Yash contact no. But I never downloaded the true balance app. Today as soon as I came to know about it, I immediately took this guy on call with Police inspector who is investigating this case, but still this guy kept on telling these lies. Since last few months lot of true balance employee have been calling me on regular basis and harassing me even after the knowledge that this case is under investigation by police. I need help on this case as true balance instead of helping in this fraud has been trying to harass me by every time a different person calling me and asking about the same story as well as these guys are not making any recorded calls now. They just keep calling or sending threatening messages. Pics attached herewith. I had informed about this to investigating police officer also.
I again got threatening WhatsApp message from another true balance employee that he will call my relatives. I complained at twitter. I got call from another employee from twitter saying that he will investigate about it. And after his call, the earlier person deleted his WhatsApp messages. It clearly means that he got the information that WhatsApp message that he sent was illegal way of working. I have both WhatsApp chat as a proof, his message and then later when he deleted the message. I shared the same on twitter again.
