Dear Sir/Madam.
My self AMRENDRA KUMAR working in Proprietorship Company NOIDA
I Have taken instant personal loan of Rs.5000/- from App CASH PAL Worst service. They almost charge 40% of your loan amount. Also they calls you continuously on repayment date and gives you 1 hour or 2 hours deadline to do repaymemt when legally you have full day to do it. They also said you will be penalized and we will call the reference number you have given ifon 27/10/2021.
MY SALLARY IS NOT CREDITED THIS MONTH AND I AM UNABLE TO PAY LOAN AND I AM LATE 5 DAYS Company person Calling From 9811255695 this number and saying PAY AMOUNT OTHERWISE and They are Calling lots of time even midnight also they hacked My Mobile Contact List And Sending Sms to My Contacts and calling my Relatives, friends, and he given me last date TODAY for repay the amount of Rs5000/-. but till now i am not be able to pay i am requesting them for i ll pay 27th NOV 2021 but he is calling my contacts regarding this i am mentally getting torcher and losing my social reputation
In this regards Kindly take a necessary action and please provide me the time for my repayment find the attached Screenshot s and Help me out in this issue
