Dear Sir,
This to inform you that I have ported My Sim Card bearing No:-9878827211 from Airtel to Jio on 26/04/2023.The sim got activated on 03/05/2023 but then stopped working completely on 06/05/2023.After contacting the Customer service I went to the nearest Service centre where I got informed that No Record of my sim is available with them and further asked me to contact the customer support.
As per the Customer Care personal My Mobile No has been permanently disabled by the Govt.Authority.No further information has been given by them.
It is a humble request to you to please look into this matter as I am unable to get any solution.As this is the only Contact Number i had in use and absence of which causes inconvenience for me to my day to day activities.
Kindly immediately help me to get my issue resolved.
