I recharged for 8500 rs when i reached near the port (as i am working on Merchant Navy )thought accessing it for some time.It was an international roaming pack data and call.After calling for some time i was unable to call or access internet.I asked my friends in India to call airtel customer care and ask what is the problem.Airtel is the worst with customer care handling.They dragged the issue for 1 week until my pack was expired.They only resolved it when we lost patience and shouted at customer care,the moment we shouted they dropped the call and issue was resolved within 5 minutes.The same thing has happened day before yesterday and they are just dragging,tried calling them they drop the call or just keep us on hold .I don’t understand what is the use of recharging now is to help them grow by donating our hard earned money or are they the looters.Again they will restore the issue when the pack is expired,its like we recharging for nothing.we recharge, they bar call and net, when the pack expires they restores the thing.Airtel has started a scam i guess.I need refund as it is of no use.
