i have done recharged today of airtel number 9950073848 instead of 9950073484 through paytm app. Airtel told me to talk with paytm and paytm told me to talk with airtel.
Both are doing negligence on my issue.
The number which was recharged mistakenly is deactivated from last 2 or 3 years as said by the airtel customer care. So, why they can’t refund me or transfer that recharge from wrong number to the actual number.
