Hello sir/mam,

On Jan 5 evening 10.38 PM I recharged my broadband using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 589 Rupees pack (which is 30 days validity unlimited data pack). And I made the payment through Googlepay UPI in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account. I checked the last transactions but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and activate the pack. Below are the details of my Google pay transaction and number details.

Pack amount: Rs. 589
Time & Date: 10.35 PM & Jan 5
(Recharge done through number 9462712398 registered on Airtel app)
