Hello sir/mam,
On February 23 afternoon 2:30 PM I recharged my jio number using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 149 Rupees pack (which is 28 days validity unlimited calling pack with 1gb data/day). I have to add 109 rupees to my Airtel Thanks wallet as 40 rupees was already in my wallet. And I made the payment of 109 rupees through PhonePay UPI in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account. I checked the last transactions for my number in the app but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and refund the money back .
