Dear Sir/Madam,
We have recharged our prepaid number 9567363044 for Rs. 598/- on 04th April 2020 through online. And the amount is debited from our bank account also. Till now the number is not activated and the balance also is not showing. Request you to do the needful.

We have tried to reach your customer care so many times but unfortunately it is not connecting. Request your speedy help in this situation.
