I did recharged my tata sky last year August 2021 with one year plan. That time they gave an offer of one month free service with one year plan. So totally it will be 13 months service.It means i should get from Sep 2021 to Oct 2022 , total 13 months. But my service has been deactivated on June 30 2022. I called almost 10 times to the customer care and they raised complaint request 3 times but there is no use. Nobody called me back and resolved the issue.I escalated the issue on email too but there is no respose.
