I recharged my airtel number (9769606461) with INR 149 on 29th April 2020 at 12:40 am through online application and it gave us the message as successful and the phone as well got the message that the recharge is successful. But the recharge never reflected in the account and showed 5rs balance and no outgoing calls. Due to the lockdown despite trying the customer care I could not get through nor the phone recharge activated till 30th April 2020. Confirmed through the online application and they provided with the successful transition ID as well but how to put the information across to the Airtel team.
Finally, I had to put a new recharge today morning. How to resolve this issue????.. What about my amount debited and recharge not down previously????
Kindly help with the same at the earliest.
