Text of Complaint by Macleen D costa:

On 20th April 2019, I recharged to 9156909403 instead of 9156909403,I have been continously in touch with customer care of airtel twds my refund or correction of recharge. But i have been getting only automated mails, and when warned about complaining to consumer forum I received a mail from Miss Merin Kezia stating that my issue will be resolved by 26.04.2019 8:41am, which has still not happened.

My issue is that i only want a reply stating that whether my issue can be resolved or not.

I hereby attached the trailling mails screen shots.

Request you to look into my issue as the said amount may be small to airtel. But for a common person its a huge amount
